How To Make Easy Fruit Crostini

Serve an authentic Italian appetizer with this crostini with goat cheese and various fruits as toppings. This crostini canape is toasted to perfection.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 30 minutes



  • 1french baguette,18 inches, cut into ¾-inch slices
  • 8ozcreamy goat cheese
  • 2tbsphoney,plus more for drizzling
  • 1cupfruit,sliced, strawberries, blackberries, peaches


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Bake 10 to12 minutes or until lightly toasted.

  2. Meanwhile, mix the goat cheese and honey together until relatively smooth. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted bread. Top with fruit.

  3. Before serving, drizzle each crostini with honey. Keep leftovers covered tightly in the refrigerator for a couple days.
