Ingredients

  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  2. Slice the top off the brioche buns and hollow out the center, leaving a shell of bread.

  3. Fill each bun with the smoked salmon pâté mixture.

  4. Replace the top of the buns and brush with beaten egg.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Serve the smoked salmon pâté buns warm and tear them apart to enjoy.
