Ingredients
- 200g smoked salmon
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

In a food processor, blend smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Slice the top off the brioche buns and hollow out the center, leaving a shell of bread.

Fill each bun with the smoked salmon pâté mixture.

Replace the top of the buns and brush with beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
