How To Make Easy Baked Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe
These brie bites are a great holiday treat! Slices of brie are baked in filo pastry and topped with cranberry sauce to make this bite-sized creamy goodness.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1mini fillo shells,package, frozen, 15-count
- 3ozbrie,cut into 15 evenly-sized cubes
- basil leaves,fresh, torn into small pieces
For Cranberry Sauce:
- 1½cupscranberries,fresh
- ¼cupBota Box red wine
- ¼cupwater
- 1tbspsugar,granulated, or any desired sweetener
Instructions
Cranberry Sauce:

Stir all ingredients together in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low. Continue simmering, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries begin to pop.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
To Assemble:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spread out mini filo shell evenly on a baking sheet. Fill each with a piece of brie. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the brie is completely melted.

Spoon a few teaspoons of the warm cranberry sauce into each fillo shell. Top with a torn fresh basil leaf, if desired.
