  • 1 cup of soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper.

  2. Whisk the marinade until all the ingredients are well combined.

  3. Place the brisket in a resealable plastic bag or a marinating container.

  4. Pour the marinade over the brisket, making sure it is evenly coated.

  5. Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

  6. When ready to cook, remove the brisket from the marinade and discard the marinade.
