- 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste

Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix together the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
