How To Make Party Beef Stew Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat, or ground beef
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 10 oz. tomatoes with green chilies, diced
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper , to taste
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown meat until cooked through.
- Add in red bell peppers and cook until softened.
- Stir in cream cheese, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.

Once well incorporated, transfer to your crockpot and top with mozzarella. Cook on low for 3 hours.
