Honey Peach Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cup raw honey
  • 3 lb fresh peaches blanched, peeled, and puréed
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ tsp mace
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Tie the spices in a cheesecloth bag.
  2. Combine ingredients and simmer together until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the spices.
  4. Pour jam into hot, sterilized jars.
  5. Seal.
