How To Make Peach Smoothie

Start your day with a refreshing and healthy peach smoothie made with frozen fruits and fruit juice all blended together into a comforting drink.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • cupspeach nectar
  • 1bananahalved
  • cupsfrozen peaches
  • ½cupfrozen mango
  • ¾cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  • fresh peaches and mint sprigsfor garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the peach nectar, banana, frozen peaches, frozen mango, and Greek yogurt in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with fresh peaches and mint sprigs if desired.
