- 3vine tomatoes,halved
- 2jalapenos,deseeded
- 1red onion,cut into wedges
- 4garlic cloves
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspcoarse ground black pepper
- 2tspcumin
- 1tsporegano,dried
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 2tbsplime juice
- ¼cupfresh cilantro

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and add the tomatillos, tomato, jalapenõ, and red onion to a baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes until they all start to char.
