  • 8 vine tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your slow cooker on the low setting.

  2. Place the halved tomatoes in the slow cooker.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil.

  4. Drizzle the garlic mixture over the tomatoes in the slow cooker, making sure to coat each tomato.

  5. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 4 hours.

  6. Serve the slow-cooked tomatoes as a side dish with your favorite main course.
