How To Make Keto Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
These peppers are loaded with shrimp, veggies, and cream cheese, making them a perfect keto and low-carb meal.

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sauté until cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onion, celery, and red bell pepper. Sauté until veggies are softened and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine veggies, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Stuff each bell pepper half with the shrimp and veggie mixture.
