Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and honey.

  2. In four serving cups, layer the yogurt mixture, sliced almonds, blueberries, and sliced strawberries.

  3. Sprinkle ground flaxseed on top of each parfait.

  4. Serve chilled.
