  • 4 nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the nectarine halves in a baking dish, cut side up.

  3. Fill each nectarine half with raspberries.

  4. Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top.

  5. Drizzle the honey over the nectarines.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the nectarines are tender and the almonds are golden brown.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
