How To Make Flax Seed Banana Bread Recipe
This is a moist and delicious banana bread packed with the nutritional benefits of flax seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add mashed banana, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the large bowl and mix until well combined.

Slowly add the flour mixture to the large bowl, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
