Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend almonds and walnuts until finely chopped.

  2. Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined.

  3. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
