How To Make Canned Salmon and Rice Recipe

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 can of salmon
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft and translucent.

  3. Add canned salmon, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
