How To Make Apple Cider Pork Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season pork steaks with salt and pepper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, apple cider, garlic, thyme, and Dijon mustard.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Brown pork steaks on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.

  5. Pour apple cider mixture over pork steaks and bring to a boil.

  6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, until pork is fully cooked and sauce has thickened.

  7. Serve hot, spooning sauce over pork steaks.
