  • 4 pork steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.

  3. Brush pork steaks with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Grill pork steaks for 6-8 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Brush maple glaze onto pork steaks during the last few minutes of cooking.

  6. Let the pork steaks rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
