How To Make Canned Salmon Croquettes

- 1 can (14.75 oz) canned salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

In a large bowl, mix together canned salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, celery, egg, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper.

Form mixture into 8 patties and coat each patty in flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
