How To Make Chimichurri Pork Steak Recipe

Juicy, grilled pork steaks smothered in a zesty herby chimichurri sauce, bursting with flavors of garlic, parsley and red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together parsley, oregano, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil to make the chimichurri sauce.

  2. Season the pork steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

  4. Place the pork steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and cooked through.

  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 3-5 minutes.

  6. Spoon the chimichurri sauce over each pork steak and serve.
