How To Make Pineapple and Jalapeno Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Sweet and spicy glazed pork tenderloin with pineapple and jalapeno.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp jalapeno, diced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and jalapeno. Cook over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.

Brush pork with glaze and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F.

While the pork is cooking, combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Add slurry to the remaining glaze in the saucepan and cook until thickened.

Once the pork is cooked, brush with additional glaze and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
