How To Make Pulled Pork Pickle Sliders

These pickle sliders make a crunchy and tangy side dish with the combination of tender BBQ pulled pork, creamy slaw, and strong yellow mustard.

  • 1lbBBQ pulled pork
  • ½tspbrown sugar
  • 1tspyellow mustard
  • 1tspapple cider vinegar
  • 1green onion,thinly sliced
  • 24dill pickle chips
  • 1cupcoleslaw,prepared


  1. In a large bowl, warm prepared pulled pork according to package directions.

  2. Add brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and green onions and mix until combined.

  3. Place 12 pickle chips on a serving platter.

  4. Top each pickle with pulled pork and coleslaw.

  5. Top with another pickle chip, insert toothpick, and serve.
