Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork steaks, making sure to coat them evenly.

  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the steaks, then place them on the preheated grill or grill pan.

  5. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  6. Transfer the cooked steaks to a platter and let them rest for a few minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, pour the chicken broth into a small saucepan and heat it over low heat until warm.

  8. Serve the pork steaks with a drizzle of the warmed chicken broth, and garnish with fresh parsley.
