- 4 pork steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
