How To Make Citrus and Herb Marinated Pork Roast Recipe
Tender pork roast marinated in a citrus and herb flavor explosion, perfect for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 (3-pound) boneless pork loin roast
- 3 oranges, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Place pork roast in a large plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove pork roast from marinade and discard excess. Place pork roast in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove from oven, cover with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
