How To Make Balsamic and Rosemary Pork Roast Recipe

Juicy, flavorful pork roast marinated with balsamic vinegar and rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork roast
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Place pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the balsamic mixture over it, coating the pork thoroughly.

  4. Roast in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
