How To Make Balsamic and Rosemary Pork Roast Recipe
Juicy, flavorful pork roast marinated with balsamic vinegar and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 3 lb pork roast
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Place pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the balsamic mixture over it, coating the pork thoroughly.

Roast in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
