How To Make Spiced Apple-Stuffed Pork Roast Recipe
A tender and juicy pork roast infused with savory spices and stuffed with sweet apple filling.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless pork loin roast
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork roast.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the apples until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans, dried cranberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Cut a slit in the center of the pork roast and stuff with apple mixture. Use toothpicks to secure the opening.

Place pork roast in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F.

Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
