How To Make Chanterelle Mushroom and Brie Crostini Recipe

A delicious appetizer with a creamy brie and sautéed chanterelle mushrooms on top of a crispy crostini.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  4. In a skillet, heat up butter and garlic on medium heat.

  5. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Pour in white wine and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Spoon mushroom mixture on top of the crostini slices and place a slice of brie on top.

  9. Place the baking sheet with crostini back in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
