How To Make Chanterelle Mushroom and Brie Crostini Recipe
A delicious appetizer with a creamy brie and sautéed chanterelle mushrooms on top of a crispy crostini.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 oz brie cheese, sliced thinly
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

In a skillet, heat up butter and garlic on medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Pour in white wine and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon mushroom mixture on top of the crostini slices and place a slice of brie on top.

Place the baking sheet with crostini back in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
