How To Make Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast

This pork roast recipe whips up the most tender, fall-apart meat! The pork is slow cooked with honey and balsamic vinegar for a a sweet and tangy finish.

Ingredients

  • 2lbpork shoulder roast,(sirloin roast), boneless
  • kosher salt,to taste
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspred pepper flakes
  • cupbroth,chicken or vegetable
  • cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsphoney

Instructions

  1. Season the pork with salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes, then place it into the slow cooker.

  2. Mix together the broth, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, then pour it over the pork.

  3. Pour the honey over, hen set the timer for 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.

  4. Once the pork is cooked and tender that it shreds easily with a fork, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish.

  5. Break apart lightly with two forks, then put it back into the slow cooker. Ladle ½ cup sauce over the pork and keep warm.

  6. Serve warm, and enjoy!
