Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 40 minutes

  • 4 pork cutlets, pounded thin
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lay each pork cutlet flat on a cutting board. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each cutlet.

  4. Roll up the pork tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.

  5. Dredge each rolled pork cutlet in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.

  6. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

  7. Add the breaded pork cutlets and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the cheese is melted.

  9. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
