How To Make Marmalade-Braised Turnips

- 4 medium turnips, peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the turnips and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

Stir in the orange marmalade and vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the turnips are tender.

Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Transfer the turnips to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
