How To Make Jerk Chicken Kebabs with Mango Salsa
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional chicken kebabs, served with a refreshing mango salsa.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the chicken breast cubes, jerk seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.

Grill the chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

In a separate bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Serve the jerk chicken kebabs hot, accompanied by the mango salsa on the side.
