How To Make Mustard & Parmesan-Crumbed Chicken
A crispy and flavorful chicken dish coated in a mustard and parmesan crust.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. In another shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Dip each chicken breast into the mustard mixture, ensuring it is well coated.

Transfer the chicken to the breadcrumb mixture and press firmly, making sure the chicken is fully coated on both sides.

Place the coated chicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly spray the top of the chicken breasts with cooking spray.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
