How To Make Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the apricot preserves, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and brush them with the apricot glaze.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
