A glaze made of brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika gives these pork chops a deliciously sweet, savory, and slightly spicy flavor.

  • 4pork chops,boneless
  • ¼cuplight brown sugar
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tsppaprika
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tspblack pepper
  • 2tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

  2. Rub the sugar-spice mix on both sides of each pork chop, using all of the spice mix.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium/high heat.

  4. After the oil is hot, cook the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
