  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. In a separate baking dish, arrange the pork chops in a single layer. Season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

  4. Place both the potato wedges and pork chops in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potato wedges are crispy and golden.
