  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sheets of aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place each chicken breast on a sheet of aluminum foil.

  4. Spoon the garlic mixture over each chicken breast, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Fold the aluminum foil to create a sealed parcel, ensuring that none of the sauce can escape.

  6. Place the chicken parcels on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  7. Remove the parcels from the oven and carefully open the foil.
