Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 8 oz mushrooms, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 12 oz cooked pasta, for serving
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the ground pork and cook until browned.

Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.

Add the mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and basil. Stir to combine.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened.
