A quick and easy stir-fry recipe packed with savory flavors of ground pork and crunchy broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar and ½ cup of water.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground pork until brown and crispy.

Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.

Add broccoli florets, stir for 2-3 minutes or until cooked.

Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan, stir for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper.
