How To Make Enoki Mushroom and Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe
A tasty and flavorful stir-fry dish with enoki mushrooms and succulent shrimp.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh enoki mushrooms
- 12 oz. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions

Trim the root end of the enoki mushrooms and separate the stems.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink.

Add the enoki mushrooms and continue stir-frying until they are cooked (about 2-3 minutes).

Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and continue stir-frying until everything is well combined.

Serve hot.
