Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp minced ginger
 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
 - sesame seeds for garnish
 
Instructions
- 
In a bowl, toss pork slices with cornstarch and set aside.
 - 
In another bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.
 - 
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook pork slices until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
 - 
Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
 - 
Pour in sauce mixture and stir until pork is fully coated and sauce thickens.
 - 
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
