How To Make Mongolian BBQ Skewers Recipe
Juicy and tender meat skewers marinated in a blend of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and spices, perfect for BBQs and outdoor gatherings.

Ingredients
- -1 lb beef or chicken, sliced into thin strips
 - -1 red onion, sliced into thin pieces
 - -1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin pieces
 - -1/4 cup soy sauce
 - -2 tbsp hoisin sauce
 - -2 tbsp honey
 - -1 tbsp vegetable oil
 - -1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
 - -1 tsp garlic, minced
 - -Salt and pepper
 - -Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
 
Instructions
- 
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well
 - 
Marinate sliced meat in the mixture for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
 - 
Assemble skewers by alternating meat, onion, and pepper slices.
 - 
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and cook skewers for 8-10 minutes or until meat is cooked to your liking.
 - 
Serve hot, preferably with rice or noodles.
