How To Make Whole Wheat Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, warm water, olive oil, and salt. Knead until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized portions. Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface into a thin circular shape.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook each wrap for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown spots appear.

In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a generous amount of dressing on each wrap. Top with mixed vegetables of your choice.
