Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortilla wraps on a flat surface.

  2. Divide the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and sunflower seeds evenly among the wraps.

  3. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the ingredients in each wrap.

  4. Gently roll up the wraps, tucking in the sides as you go.

  5. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
