Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin cutlets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

Instructions

  1. Pound the pork cutlets to about 1/4 inch thickness.

  2. In separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

  3. Season flour with salt and pepper.

  4. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  6. Fry each cutlet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Drain on paper towels.

  8. Toast the hamburger buns if desired.

  9. Serve the breaded pork cutlets on the buns and add desired toppings.
