- 4 pork loin cutlets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles
