  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, and dill.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat.
