Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • green onions, chopped
  • food coloring, a few drops

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients well.
  2. Trim crusts off bread with electric knife.
  3. You can do 3 at a time easily.
  4. Evenly spread filling on bread.

  5. Then roll up end to end and secure with toothpick.
  6. Wrap the rolls (3) together in plastic wrap.
  7. If freezing, cover over with foil and place on cookie sheet.
  8. Cut each roll into 5 sandwiches with electric knife.
