How To Make Yakisoba Chicken Recipe

  • 8 ounces Yakisoba noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger (for garnish)


  1. Cook Yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

  5. Add the cooked noodles and chicken back to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  6. Serve Yakisoba Chicken hot, garnished with chopped green onions and pickled ginger.
