How To Make Benihana Hibachi Noodles Recipe

Classic stir-fried yakisoba noodles with tender veggies and your choice of protein.

Total: 35 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb yakisoba noodles
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1 lb of protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu)

Instructions

  1. Cook yakisoba noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic paste.

  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and add a splash of oil.

  4. Add protein of your choice and cook until fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Add another splash of oil to the skillet and sauté onion, red bell pepper, and zucchini until tender.

  6. Stir in cooked noodles, protein, and bean sprouts.

  7. Pour soy sauce mixture over the noodles and veggies and stir until well combined.

  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce fully coats the noodles.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
