How To Make Shrimp Stir-fry

You can make this shrimp stir-fry in 20 minutes with an easy honey garlic soy sauce, tender seared shrimp, and fresh vegetables stir-fried until tender.

Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 20 minutes



  • 1cupwater
  • ¼cupketchup
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tbspcornstarch
  • 2tsphoney
  • ¼tspred pepper,crushed
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • 2tbspcanola oil
  • 1lbshrimp,peeled and deveined
  • 2tspginger,minced
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • 1cupbroccoli
  • 2carrots,thinly sliced


  1. Add the water, ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, and sesame oil together in a small bowl and whisk.

  2. Add the canola oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in the shrimp, ginger, and garlic then cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Add in the broccoli, carrots, and sauce. Stir and cover for 3 minutes until the broccoli and carrots are tender and the sauce is thickened.
